Hyundai Green Food Launches 'VinoH Wine Gift Set'
Hyundai Green Food announced on the 24th that it will offer the ‘Vino.H Wine Gift Set’ at wine stores in 16 locations nationwide, including the Apgujeong main store in Seoul, until the 28th in celebration of the Chuseok holiday.
The gift set is characterized by wines exclusively distributed in Korea by ‘Vino.H,’ Hyundai Department Store Group’s wine import and distribution specialist.
The representative gift product is the ‘France Burgundy Set,’ consisting of ‘Nodang Perre & Fils Pinot Noir’ and ‘Nodang Perre & Fils Chardonnay.’ Nodang Perre & Fils is the oldest winery in Burgundy, one of France’s premier wine regions, producing premium wines such as ‘Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru,’ ‘Corton Grand Cru,’ and ‘Savigny Premier Cru.’
Nodang Perre & Fils Pinot Noir features prominent flavors of raspberry, blackberry, and aromas of cinnamon and violet, pairing well with beef, chicken dishes, and cheese. Nodang Perre & Fils Chardonnay typically accompanies pasta with its acidity from mango, peach, and apricot notes but also harmonizes well with traditional holiday foods like jeon and japchae.
Hyundai Green Food also offers the ‘Slovenia Special Set,’ composed of wines representing the Istrian Peninsula in Slovenia. This set is limited to 1,200 bottles, with Vino.H exclusively importing 200 bottles to Korea. It includes the ‘Blazic Sauvignon Ple?ivo 2015’ and the ‘Korenika & Moskon Kortinka 2011,’ which holds the ‘Demeter’ certification, known as the most stringent organic certification process in Europe.
