On the 20th (local time), the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Bulgaria held a Hanbok fashion show at the Military Club in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. At the event, Korean and Bulgarian models walked the runway together wearing fusion Hanbok reflecting the flags of both countries, conveying a message of friendship between the two nations.
For the runway finale, the background music featured "Arirang," Korea's UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

The embassy, which co-hosted the event with the Han Culture Promotion Association, stated, "This is the first time a Hanbok fashion show has been held in Bulgaria," adding that "all 300 seats were fully occupied."
