Ulsan Mayor Kim Du-gyeom Holds Talk Concert with Young Public Officials, Creating a 'Space for Empathetic Dialogue'
The Mayor of Ulsan and young public officials will meet to hold a 'frank and candid' talk concert.
On the 20th at 10 a.m., Ulsan City announced that it will host a 'Sympathetic Dialogue Forum' in the main building's 2nd-floor auditorium, attended by Mayor Kim Doo-gyeom and about 270 young public officials.
This event is designed as an opportunity for the current head of the organization to share administrative philosophy with young public officials, who represent the future generation, and to unite efforts for Ulsan's development through communication and empathy.
The dialogue forum will be conducted in the form of a talk concert, proceeding with frank and candid exchanges. Mayor Kim Doo-gyeom will share his experiences and thoughts on public service attitudes gained through city administration, along with presenting the direction of Ulsan's municipal policies.
The young public officials will ask questions about various difficulties they have faced during work, concerns about a balanced work-life, and other curiosities they usually have. Among the approximately 2,100 public officials currently working in Ulsan City, about 600 are young public officials aged 19 to 39.
