On the 15th, Damyang-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that it received great responses from visitors by operating a booth at the '2023 Korea Integrated Medicine Expo.'
From the 8th to the 14th, during the Integrated Medicine Expo held at the Jangheung-gun International Integrated Medicine Expo Center, the county operated a booth for experiences and health promotion using bamboo, providing health information and conducting health education.
Under the theme of ‘Health with Bamboo Forest Love, Healing with Damyang Love,’ dementia prevention programs such as making bamboo pot holders were operated, and a spray experience using distilled bamboo leaf extract was conducted, receiving praise from visitors.
In addition, representative tourist attractions of Damyang, such as Juknokwon and Metasequoia Road, as well as local agricultural specialties, were exhibited, and information on the Hometown Love Donation Program and return gifts prepared by Damyang-gun was provided.
