Nong-eochon Gong Jeonnam, Online Processing of Payment Claims During Chuseok Period
The Jeonnam Regional Headquarters of Korea Rural Community Corporation (Head: Jo Young-ho) announced on the 15th that it will carry out a Cleanliness Focus Week campaign to process payment claims from contracted companies online ahead of the Chuseok holiday.
Usually, contracted companies often visit the person in charge in person to submit payment claim documents, so the headquarters has designated a focused operation period and is encouraging non-face-to-face claims.

View original imageNoting that the submission of payment claim documents such as progress payments at construction sites increases during the Chuseok holiday, the headquarters plans to promote the campaign until the 27th to provide convenience for companies to handle tasks without holiday burdens and to establish a non-face-to-face claim system in the future.
Accordingly, the Jeonnam headquarters is encouraging participation in the campaign at its 18 branches and is providing prior guidance on non-face-to-face claim processing methods to companies via phone calls.
In addition, as part of the campaign not to give or receive gifts, the Jeonnam headquarters is conducting a campaign to send thank-you notes instead of gifts among executives and employees, and if gifts are received, they are returned through a return center, promoting a burden-free and clean holiday.
Head Jo Young-ho said, “Ahead of the holiday, since there can be habitual burdens or a tendency to become lax, we must be more vigilant and strengthen our will to practice cleanliness in daily life. We will continue various activities to practice and spread a culture of integrity.”
Meanwhile, the Jeonnam headquarters has been operating a ‘Cleanliness Focus Week’ throughout September, intensively carrying out various activities related to integrity, such as a recent Cleanliness and Safety Practice Resolution Meeting and integrity and communication touring education, striving to establish awareness of integrity and spread a culture of cleanliness.
