Korea Investment Corporation, 2023 Youth Intern Open Recruitment
The sovereign wealth fund of the Republic of Korea, Korea Investment Corporation (KIC), is publicly recruiting 25 youth interns.
KIC announced that it will conduct the 2023 youth intern public recruitment starting from the 13th.
The recruitment fields are ▲Investment Management ▲Investment Administration ▲Business Management ▲Disabled Persons Track (common duties) in four categories. The application submission period is from September 13 to October 4. According to the Youth Employment Promotion Act, any youth aged between 15 and 34 can apply.
This recruitment will be conducted in a blind manner without disclosing academic background, major, gender, etc. Among the total number of recruits, 6 will be selected through the disabled persons track.
The successful candidates will gain practical experience related to global investment work for three months starting from November 27. To enhance work capabilities, they will participate in basic investment-related job training and mentoring programs.

KIC plans to give preference to outstanding interns when hiring new employees after the internship program ends. President Jin Seung-ho said, “The youth intern program focuses on providing practical skill development opportunities for job seekers, such as practical training related to overseas investment,” and added, “We ask for many applications from young talents who will grow into global financial experts.”
