A man in his 30s, Mr. A, who was intoxicated on drugs and threatened another person with a weapon over a parking dispute in the busy district of Gangnam, Seoul, has been apprehended by the police. It has been claimed that Mr. A has a senior-junior relationship with Mr. Shin (28), who earlier caused an accident while driving a Rolls-Royce under the influence of drugs near Apgujeong Station in Seoul.

View original imageOn the 12th, the YouTube channel 'Caracula Detective Agency' conducted a live broadcast at the Rodeo Street scene where the incident occurred, stating, "Mr. A has a senior-junior relationship with Mr. Shin, who caused an accident while driving a Rolls-Royce under the influence of drugs near Apgujeong Station," and added, "(Mr. A also) has full-body tattoos and is connected to organized crime groups."
Earlier, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul arrested Mr. A in his 30s on charges of special intimidation and is investigating him for violating the Narcotics Control Act. On the afternoon of the 11th, around 4:30 PM, Mr. A, intoxicated on drugs, got into a dispute while parking his Lamborghini sports utility vehicle (SUV) on a street in Gangnam-gu. He threatened the other party with a weapon inside his car and fled the scene.
During the weapon rampage, Mr. A lifted his upper garment inside the car to show a knife strapped to his waist to the other car owner and verbally abused him, saying things like, "Have you ever been stabbed? I have."
The victim threatened with a weapon by Mr. A was not injured. It was confirmed that the victim did not know Mr. A. After the incident, Mr. A’s vehicle was found on the sidewalk of Apgujeong Rodeo Street, and Mr. A was caught by the police around 7:40 PM at a nearby restaurant.
The police conducted a rapid drug test on Mr. A, confirming positive reactions for three substances: methamphetamine, MDMA (Ecstasy), and ketamine. The police reported that Mr. A was still under the influence of drugs after being arrested and was unable to be properly questioned.
The police stated, "Mr. A is not currently included in the police’s list of organized crime members, and we are verifying through statements whether he knows Mr. Shin." They added, "We plan to review applying for an arrest warrant after thoroughly investigating the exact circumstances of the incident."
