Busan Port Authority Opens Port Stakeholders' Work Platform 'BPA Toktok'
Busan Port Authority (BPA) is newly establishing and operating a work processing platform for port stakeholders called ‘BPA TalkTalk’.
‘BPA TalkTalk’ is a system independently developed by Busan Port Authority to enhance convenience in acquiring information related to Busan Port, increase efficiency in information management, and strengthen security by preventing external leakage of work materials.
Port stakeholders such as the Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) control center, pilot association, and shipping agency can provide and check information related to port operations through the platform.
‘BPA TalkTalk’ offers services via web and mobile, allowing users to check ▲port operation information such as the status of vessels waiting at Namweohang, results of berth meetings, and pilot status ▲Busan Port status and statistics ▲latest trend data related to global shipping and port industry conditions.
Additionally, the mobile app newly established a ‘Real-time TalkTalk’ service to replace existing private SNS and messengers, unifying the communication channels for work.
BPA stated that by unifying the communication channels, it is expected to facilitate smooth communication and improve efficiency in data sharing and management among port stakeholders, as well as prevent external leakage of work information, thereby enhancing the security of port-related information.
BPA TalkTalk is a work platform for port stakeholders and provides services to port-related companies registered on the Chain Portal.
It can be accessed through the Busan Port Authority Chain Portal, and the mobile app is also available by searching ‘BPA TalkTalk’ on the Play Store or App Store.
