POSCO Future M, Recruiting Entry-Level and Experienced Employees for Battery Materials
POSCO Future M announced on the 11th that it is recruiting new and experienced employees to hire talent in the battery materials field.
The fields for new employee recruitment include production technology, equipment technology, research and development (R&D), safety·environment·firefighting, and planning support. Experienced positions are being recruited across all departments, including strategy, legal affairs, investment·finance, marketing, quality, environment·health, security, research and development (R&D), and administration.

View original imageIn particular, this recruitment process newly implements the New Frontier Convergence Talent track, which targets individuals with exceptional potential and scalability. This refers to talents who possess abilities such as foreign languages, IT, media utilization, and content creation beyond their major, enabling them to propose creative solutions. Applications are open regardless of major, and upon hiring, these talents will be assigned to various roles where they can actively utilize their capabilities.
As part of practicing its corporate citizenship management philosophy, POSCO Future M grants additional points to ESG (Environment·Social·Governance) talents with experience and achievements in eco-friendly, safety·health, and ethics fields during the recruitment process for production technology positions (on-site work). It also implements preferential policies for individuals with disabilities, multicultural backgrounds, and low-income groups.

Applications can be submitted through the POSCO Group recruitment website, with new employee applications accepted until the 19th (production technology positions - on-site work until the 15th), and experienced employee applications accepted until the 25th. Additionally, ongoing recruitment is conducted for talents residing locally in the United States and Canada.
