"From Practice to Spread"... Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency Launches 'Integrity and Ethics Emphasis Week'
The Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (KOSHA) (President An Jong-ju) has entered the 'Integrity and Ethics Emphasis Week.'
From the 4th to the 15th, the agency will hold this event for two weeks to raise awareness of integrity among its executives and employees and to promote a culture of integrity through practice.
This 'Integrity and Ethics Emphasis Week' is being designated and operated for the first time to establish anti-corruption integrity awareness among executives and employees through company-wide integrity activities and to spread a culture of integrity in public service.
During this emphasis week, an 'Integrity Message' expressing the institution head's commitment to integrity will be delivered to all employees. Following this, various activities in which all employees can participate will be promoted, including simulated reporting training for corrupt acts, a contest for integrity slogans, and training on the executives and employees' code of conduct focusing on 'prevention of power abuse.'
President An Jong-ju plans to personally take the podium to conduct training on the executives and employees' code of conduct to establish a culture of integrity and ethics, including the eradication of power abuse within the organization.
Various activities will be actively carried out, such as the 'One Institution, One Integrity Ethics Activity,' where affiliated organizations autonomously promote at least one integrity activity, and the 'Mutual Respect (1=1)' human rights campaign to create a culture free from power abuse and unfair practices.
