Newly appointed Vice Minister Hong Du-seon graduated from Korea University with a degree in Economics and entered public service in 1992 through the 36th Administrative Examination. He has served as Director of the New Growth Policy Division, Director of the Evaluation and Analysis Division, Head of the Youth Committee Task Force, General Planning Officer of the Job Planning Team, Policy Planning Officer of the Planning and Coordination Office, Director General of the Long-term Strategy Bureau, and Director General of the Public Policy Bureau. After the launch of the Yoon Seok-yeol administration, he served as Director General of the Planning and Coordination Office, overseeing National Assembly and ruling party-government consultations and coordination of work plans.
Newly appointed Director General Kim Eon-seong graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Business Administration and entered public service through the 38th Administrative Examination. He has served as Director of the Research and Development Budget Division, Director of the Regional Budget Division, Director of the Industrial Information Budget Division, Director of the Fiscal Planning Division, and Director of the Policy Coordination Division, and has held positions such as Public Innovation Review Officer and Director General of the Public Policy Bureau.
