CGV, IU Concert Live Movie IMAX Release
Screenings at Fifty Locations Including Yongsan I'Park Mall
CGV announced on the 4th that it will exclusively release a live concert film of singer IU on the 13th. The film, titled "The Golden Hour: Under the Orange Sun," was recorded over two days last September at the Seoul Olympic Stadium, attracting 90,000 attendees. It will be the first domestic concert live film to be screened in IMAX format. IU's twenty-five hit songs, including "Eight," "Celebrity," and "Through the Night," will be presented with diverse stage productions such as hot air balloons, drone shows, and fireworks.

CGV will screen the film at fifty locations including Yongsan I'Park Mall, Uijeongbu, Incheon, and Chuncheon. It will also be released in thirty-eight countries including the United States, Japan, and Germany. Various events are planned as well. General format viewers will receive special tickets, and IMAX viewers will be given limited edition IMAX posters. On the 16th and 17th at Yongsan I'Park Mall, a sing-along concert will be held where fans can sing along with light sticks. For more details, please refer to the CGV website or application.
