Gwangsan District Council of Gwangju Launches 'Policy Network' Advisory Group for the First Time
On the 25th, the Gwangsan District Council of Gwangju appointed the '1st Policy Network Policy Committee Members' who will professionally support legislative activities and conduct policy research and advisory roles in the main chamber.
The appointment ceremony was attended by Chairman Kim Taewan, Gwangsan District council members, and 24 newly appointed policy committee members.
The policy committee members consist of academic and private sector experts with experience and expertise in various fields, and their term is two years, from this day until August 24, 2025.
The policy committee members are organized and operated into four subcommittees: ▲Council Operation ▲Administrative Autonomy ▲Economic Welfare ▲Citizen Safety, and they will develop agendas related to their respective subcommittees, provide policy advice, and conduct research.
