Duzon Bizon Expands WEHAGO T User Training Nationwide
Duzon Bizon announced on the 25th that it is conducting the 'WEHAGO T User Training for Tax Accounting Offices' across five major cities nationwide, targeting tax accountants and professionals in the tax accounting field.
User training sessions were held in Seoul and Gwangju on the 21st and 23rd, respectively. Training sessions are also planned for Daejeon, Daegu, and Busan, with all on-site attendance applications now closed. The total number of applicants nationwide has reached 5,270, demonstrating the industry's strong interest in WEHAGO T.
This additional session was arranged following continued requests for participation after the user training held on the 5th of last month at the Construction Hall in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The first user training session, which sold out 1,500 seats within three days of opening applications, showcased WEHAGO T’s rapid market adoption and received enthusiastic responses from attendees.
The cloud and big data-based platform WEHAGO T incorporates the next-generation version of Korea’s leading accounting program, Smart A 10. It allows users to view requested tasks by each client at a glance. It has received positive feedback for its ability to automatically check filing statuses through HomeTax integration. A key feature is the seamless and convenient workflow with clients enabled by the free WEHAGO T Edge and NAHAGO integration.
The user training course consists of lectures introducing changes in the tax accounting office work environment brought by WEHAGO T, basic setup methods, menu utilization tips, and convenient client management techniques. A hands-on experience area was operated to allow users to try WEHAGO T directly and resolve any questions, providing a wealth of information.
Key work improvement points, such as how to easily receive collected data through WEHAGO T Edge integration alone, were also presented. The training explained how to strengthen client engagement at the customer interface using the personal app NAHAGO, which connects with client staff, resulting in high satisfaction among attendees.
A Duzon Bizon representative said, “The user training is a user-centered, customized approach through demonstrations of WEHAGO T, T Edge, and NAHAGO, sharing real business innovation cases and presenting the direction for the tax industry to move forward. The introduction of WEHAGO T, focused on maximizing the growth potential of tax accounting offices, will soon lead to accelerated business innovation.”
