Gwangju Gyeongchong, Human Resources and Labor Management Capacity Building Training
The Gwangju Employers Federation announced on the 24th that it conducted a training session to strengthen the capabilities of HR and labor managers on the 23rd at the Kim Dae-jung Convention Center, attended by 42 member companies.
They invited Lim Hak-geun, Head of the Labor Improvement Guidance Division 1 at the Gwangju Regional Employment and Labor Office, who provided guidance on the revised labor laws and trained participants on methods for autonomous diagnosis of basic labor order in workplaces.
Information was provided on the timing of the application of revised labor laws by company size and job type in the region, as well as the direction for guidance and inspection in the second half of the year.
Trends in disciplinary actions related to frequent cases of workplace harassment were also reviewed through case studies.
