BBQ Introduces Two Types of Side Menu 'Dakdarisal Steak'
Genesis BBQ Group announced on the 21st that it will expand its side menu lineup by introducing two types of 'Chicken Thigh Steak.'
BBQ launched grilled chicken thigh steaks to broaden customers' choices beyond the existing side menu mainly consisting of fried items like cheese balls and French fries, and to strengthen the competitiveness of non-chicken menu items.
The chicken thigh steak features moist and chewy chicken thigh meat combined with the flavor of pork and pieces of rice cake, resulting in a chewy yet tender texture. It comes in two varieties: 'Tongdari Barbecue Flavor,' a crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside steak brushed with spicy barbecue sauce, and 'Extreme Wang Galbi Flavor,' coated with a sweet and savory king rib sauce.
