Ministry of Economy and Finance Does Not Issue Non-Competitive Subscription Treasury Bonds for August Recruitment Method
The Ministry of Economy and Finance announced on the 17th that it will not issue government bonds through the 'non-competitive subscription method' this month.
The non-competitive subscription method is a system that issues a pre-announced amount at a fixed interest rate to reduce the volatility of monthly issuance volumes.
The Ministry explained, "Considering the government bond issuance performance in August, recent fiscal needs, and government bond supply and demand conditions, we plan not to issue government bonds through the non-competitive subscription method."
