Daishin Securities Selects Aegis Asset Management as Preferred Negotiation Partner for Office Building Sale
Daishin Securities announced on the 14th that it has selected Aegis Asset Management as the preferred negotiation partner for the sale of its office building.
On the same day, Daishin Securities signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Aegis Asset Management regarding this matter. A Daishin Securities official stated, "We chose Aegis Asset Management because they offered the best negotiation terms, including price," but added, "The timing of the sale has not yet been decided."

Earlier, on the 18th of last month, Daishin Securities announced that it would sell its headquarters building located in Euljiro, Jung-gu, Seoul, to meet the qualification requirements for a comprehensive financial investment business operator (CIFBO). This is to fulfill one of the CIFBO requirements of having a separate standard capital of 300 million KRW. As of the first half of the year, Daishin Securities' capital stood at 2.17 trillion KRW. Industry insiders estimate that the sale price of the headquarters building could reach between 600 billion and 700 billion KRW.
