BNK Gyeongnam Bank has contributed to the environmental cleanup of areas affected by Typhoon Khanun.
BNK Gyeongnam Bank announced on the 13th that it conducted volunteer activities for environmental cleanup in the areas damaged by Typhoon Khanun.
About 100 employees of BNK Gyeongnam Bank voluntarily participated in the environmental cleanup volunteer activities held around Gwangryeocheon in Masanhwoewon-gu, Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam, and along the Namgang River in Jinju City.
BNK Gyeongnam Bank contributed to the environmental cleanup of the areas affected by Typhoon Khanun.
View original imageDespite the hot weather, BNK Gyeongnam Bank employees who participated in the environmental cleanup volunteer work sweated as they thoroughly cleaned various trash and wood debris accumulated along the waterfront due to the heavy rain.
On the 14th, they plan to continue the typhoon damage environmental cleanup volunteer activities around Taehwagang in Ulsan Metropolitan City.
Choi Dae-sik, head of the Social Contribution and Public Relations Department, said, “Thanks to the community’s collective efforts and thorough preparations, we were able to minimize typhoon damage. However, since there are certainly places that suffered both large and small damages, BNK Gyeongnam Bank will do its best to help with local damage recovery.”
