Prime Minister Han Duck-soo, regarding the preparations for the Saemangeum World Jamboree K-pop concert, said, "All support personnel should carry out their duties with the utmost tension and dedication."
On the 11th, during his opening remarks at the Saemangeum Jamboree Emergency Response Team meeting held at the Government Seoul Office, Prime Minister Han emphasized, "Today, we must safely carry out the challenging task of the large-scale Jamboree movement."

View original imageThe K-pop concert will be held that day at the World Cup Stadium in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The official closing ceremony of the Jamboree and the concert will be held simultaneously. The official period of the Jamboree is until the 12th.
Prime Minister Han instructed government officials, saying, "About 40,000 participants will gather at the Sangam Stadium by over 1,100 large buses, and after the event, they must return safely to their accommodations." He urged careful preparation not only for safety during long-distance transportation, meal provision for participants, and maintaining order at the venue but also for the safety of the performing artists. He further instructed, "Recheck the safety and cleanliness of various facilities such as stage equipment," and "Prepare thoroughly in case of the possibility of light rain continuing."

Prime Minister Han added, "The police, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and fire services should share risk information in real time and proactively eliminate risk factors."
