'Gwangju Uncheon Station Murder Threat' Man in His 30s Arrested in Seoul... Forced Hospitalization Ordered
A man in his 30s who made a murder threat by calling the office of Uncheon Station on Gwangju Subway Line 1 was arrested in Seoul.
According to the police on the 10th, the Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul arrested Mr. A (35, male) the day before on charges of habitual threats and took him into compulsory hospitalization.
Mr. A is accused of calling the office of Uncheon Station of Gwangju Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation the previous morning and threatening, "I will kill everyone."
The Gwangju Police Agency identified that the area code of the incoming phone number was from Seoul and requested cooperation from the Yeongdeungpo Police Station. It was confirmed that Mr. A made the threatening call from the civil service office of Yeongdeungpo District Office.
