Blood Alcohol Concentration at 'License Cancellation' Level
Rasmus Beltvik, Suwon FC's star foreign striker, was caught by the police for drunk driving.
On the 7th, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul announced that they apprehended Rasmus for drunk driving around 4 a.m. on a road near Sinsa Station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
