We Deliver Your Desired Lectures... Busan Gijang-gun Recruiting Students for Visiting Courses
Busan Gijang-gun will recruit students for the second half of 2023's "Our Neighborhood Delivery Lectures" and "Visiting Alley Lectures" from the 14th to the 18th.
"Our Neighborhood Delivery Lectures" is a lifelong learning program that delivers lectures at the time and place desired by the learner, while "Visiting Alley Lectures" is a lifelong learning program operated exclusively for marginalized groups as part of Our Neighborhood Delivery Lectures.
This second half lecture series will recruit a total of 105 courses in the fields of ▲Education & Academics ▲Languages ▲Health ▲Music ▲Art & Crafts ▲Computers & Communications ▲Home & Life, and will run for 10 weeks from September 18 to November 24.
Both face-to-face lectures held at locations desired by learners and online non-face-to-face lectures using ZOOM, etc., will be operated concurrently.
Applicants must be residents of Gijang-gun aged 19 or older. For face-to-face lectures, there must be at least 10 learners, and for non-face-to-face lectures, at least 7 learners must be formed to apply for a lecture.
However, alley lectures can only be applied for if composed exclusively of marginalized groups of 7 or more people, such as basic livelihood security recipients, lower-income groups, persons with disabilities, multicultural, single-parent, and large families, and seniors aged 65 or older.

View original imageTo apply, visit the Gijang-gun Lifelong Learning website, refer to the list of instructors, select a delivery instructor, and then the student representative can apply for the delivery lecture. Lectures will be opened in order of highest scores according to the scoring criteria table.
A Gijang-gun official stated, "We will actively support providing broad lifelong learning opportunities to residents and enabling them to experience diverse lectures."
