Dong-A University Korean Language and Culture Center, Recruiting Applicants for 'Korean Language Teacher Training Program'
The Korean Language and Culture Center at Dong-A University is accepting applications for the "33rd Dong-A University Korean Language Teacher Training Course" until September 10.
The "33rd Dong-A University Korean Language Teacher Training Course" is designed to train educators who can teach Korean to foreigners and overseas Koreans, and to prepare for the "Korean Language Teacher Qualification (Level 3)" certification.
Applicants will attend weekend classes every week from September 16 to December 17, and during the first and second weeks of December, they will observe Korean language classes once on a weekday, for a total of two sessions.
After completing a total of 120 hours of classes, including Korean class observations and mock teaching sessions, participants will receive a certificate of completion for the training course and become eligible to take the "Korean Language Teacher Competency Test."
Upon successfully passing the competency test, they will obtain the "Korean Language Teacher Qualification (Level 3)."

View original imageApplicants for the training course should download the application form from the Dong-A University Korean Language and Culture Center website, fill it out, and submit it along with their highest academic certificate via email to the Center. Then, they must pay the application fee of 20,000 KRW.
The total tuition fee is 1,000,000 KRW, with discounts ranging from a minimum of 20% to a maximum of 50% depending on the applicant’s affiliation.
Please note that the tuition fee must be paid between September 11 and 13. If the applicant cancels before the course starts, only 90% of the tuition fee will be refunded. The application fee of 20,000 KRW is non-refundable, and after the course begins, neither the application fee nor the tuition fee can be refunded.
