SPC Samlip announced on the 3rd that it has launched two summer-limited desserts using sweet corn.
The two desserts are 'Chodang Oksu Cream Castella' and 'Chodang Oksu Cheese Fondue Cake.' The new products use sweet corn grown in Haenam, Jeollanam-do, a clean region.
Chodang Oksu Cream Castella features a soft castella sheet filled with savory and sweet sweet corn cream and whole corn kernels, providing a popping texture. Chodang Oksu Cheese Fondue Cake consists of bite-sized soft castella filled with savory sweet corn cheese cream and corn kernels.
