The banners were posted at seven locations where many fishing activities occur, including Unseobo, Dongho Pine Forest Site, Songgokbo, Seojubo, Janghang Recreation Area, Seong-aebo, and Cheokjibo, taking the lead in establishing fishing order by preventing illegal fishing activities.
