Twelve affiliated institutions (Gyeonggi Economic Science Promotion Agency, Gyeonggi Technopark, Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center, Yongin Industry Promotion Agency, Hwaseong Industry Promotion Agency, Seongnam Industry Promotion Agency, Pyeongtaek Industry Promotion Agency, KOTRA Gyeonggi Support Group, Korea Technology Finance Corporation Gyeonggi Headquarters, Small and Medium Business Corporation Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters and two branches), four universities (Korea Polytechnic University, Hanyang University ERICA Campus, Gachon University, Kookje University), and four research institutes (Next Generation Convergence Technology Institute, Korea Nano Technology Institute, Korea Testing Laboratory for Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, and Korea Ceramic Technology Institute Icheon Branch) are also part of the Innovation Network.


The Innovation Network is co-chaired by Yeom Tae-young, Vice Governor for Economy of Gyeonggi Province, and Lee Sang-chang, Director of the Gyeonggi Regional Small and Medium Venture Business Administration. The secretariat is established within the 'Semiconductor Enterprise Comprehensive Support Center' of the Gyeonggi Economic Science Promotion Agency.
