Samsung Electronics Service Supports Flood Recovery in the Chungcheong Area
Flooded Product Cleaning and Inspection Service Implementation
Samsung Electronics Service will dispatch service teams to the Gongju, Goesan, and Osong areas affected by heavy rain starting from the 18th to carry out a 'Special Flood Recovery Service.'
The special flood recovery service teams have set up mobile service centers at Osong, Cheongju (Osong-eup Administrative Welfare Center), Goesan, Chungbuk (Buljeong-myeon Community Center), and Gongju, Chungnam (Okryong-dong Senior Center) to clean flood-damaged home appliances. They are also providing services such as free product inspections. For cleaning, drying, and fault inspection of flood-damaged mobile phones, a bus equipped with mobile phone inspection equipment has been dispatched to the site.
