Seodaemun-gu Grants Completion Approval for Hongje 1 Housing Reconstruction Maintenance Project
Cooperation Between the Association and District Office Bears Fruit for Finalizing Maintenance Infrastructure Construction
Seodaemun-gu (District Mayor Lee Seongheon) announced that as of July 12, completion approval has been granted for the Hongje 1 Housing Reconstruction Maintenance Project (hereinafter Hongje 1 District), where the Seodaemun Prugio Central Park apartment complex was built.
Hongje 1 District (area 57-5, Hongje-dong) consists of 10 apartment buildings with a total of 832 households and received its occupancy inspection last October.
Since then, the project implementer, the association, and the district office have maintained mutual cooperation and close communication to complete maintenance infrastructure such as roads and children's parks, resulting in the recent approval of the maintenance project completion.
