A teenage high school student in Daejeon was arrested by the police on charges of murdering a classmate friend.
According to the Dunsan Police Station in Daejeon, Ms. A (17) is accused of strangling Ms. B (17), the victim, to death at Ms. B's home in Seo-gu, Daejeon, around noon on the 12th.
