The tournament took place over three days from the 1st to the 3rd at Buan Indoor Gymnasium. A total of 457 participants, including 170 professional boccia players from 17 cities and provinces across the country and referees and officials, took part. The event was hosted by the Buan-gun Disabled Sports Association (Chairman Kwon Ik-hyun) and organized by the Korea Disabled Boccia Federation and the Jeonbuk Disabled Boccia Federation (Chairman Park Hong-su).
The winners in each category were as follows: ▲ BC1 Men’s Division - Kim Do-jin from Jeonbuk Boccia Federation ▲ BC1 Women’s Division - Park Jin-sook from POSCO ▲ BC2 Men’s Division - Choi Byung-chul from Ansan City Sports Council ▲ BC2 Women’s Division - Jung So-young from Chungnam Boccia Federation ▲ BC5 Men’s Division - Son Ok-jon from POSCO DS ▲ BC5 Women’s Division - Lee Kyung-hee from Jeonbuk Boccia Federation, who all earned the prestigious championship titles.

At the opening ceremony, Governor Kwon Ik-hyun said, "Overcoming the limitations of disability to participate in sports competitions is truly admirable and respectable," and added, "We sincerely welcome all the athletes visiting Buan-gun, and Buan-gun will do its best to promote sports and welfare for the disabled."
