'Two Members of Sin-daebang-fam from Depression Gallery Arrested on Suspicion of Minor Sexual Exploitation'
Two members of the online community DC Inside Depression Gallery's 'Sindebang Fam,' suspected of sexually exploiting minors, are facing detention.
According to the police on the 5th, at around 10:30 a.m., the Seoul Central District Court conducted a detention hearing (warrant review) for Sindebang Fam members Kim and Park. Kim is charged with statutory rape of a minor and violation of the Missing Children Act, while Park faces charges of statutory rape of a minor by deception and violation of the Missing Children Act.
Kim and Park are suspected of luring runaway youths to their base through activities in the DC Inside Depression Gallery, where they allegedly committed assault, threats, and sexual crimes.
The Dongjak Police Station announced on the 29th of last month that they had applied for a pre-detention warrant for these individuals.

The police also applied for detention warrants for two other Sindebang Fam members suspected of violating the Missing Children Act, but the prosecution did not file warrants for them.
