SKB Partners with aT to Discover Excellent Products for Local Channel Commerce
SK Broadband and the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT) announced on the 5th that they have signed a business agreement to jointly discover excellent local products and expand direct transaction distribution.
The Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation recommends outstanding agricultural producers who are facing difficulties in market development due to economic recession and decreased demand for agricultural products. SK Broadband sells these agricultural products through the B tv cable 'Local Channel Commerce Broadcast (Happy Market)' using its production infrastructure. Through this, local agricultural and fishery producers can increase sales through stable direct transaction channels and reduce distribution costs, while consumers can purchase excellent local agricultural products at more affordable prices.

Additionally, through B tv cable, they actively promote the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation's campaign 'Green Food Day,' which aims to reduce carbon emissions generated during the production, distribution, and consumption processes of food ingredients, leading the spread of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practice culture. Since April, SK Broadband has been regularly scheduling the B tv cable 'Local Channel Commerce Broadcast (Happy Market)' to revitalize the local economy.
