Plan to Launch U.S. Clinical Center Within the Year
Ceragem announced on the 4th that it won first place in the healthcare (massage appliances) manufacturing sector in the ‘2023 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI)’ survey conducted by the Korea Productivity Center. The NCSI operates by having customers with experience using products and services produced and sold domestically directly evaluate quality and satisfaction to enhance corporate competitiveness and improve the quality of life for the public. This is the first award in the newly established healthcare (massage appliances) manufacturing sector this year.
Ceragem was selected as the number one company for achieving product and service innovation through differentiated home healthcare solution development and consumer-centered marketing. The medical device new product ‘Master V7 Meditech,’ released in April, embodies 25 years of Ceragem technology. This product features patented ‘Spine Scan’ technology that precisely measures spinal length and curvature to provide close-contact massage, and it has been certified by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for five usage purposes: ▲treatment of neck and lumbar disc herniation (intervertebral disc herniation) ▲treatment of degenerative stenosis ▲relief of muscle pain ▲improvement of blood circulation ▲treatment of menstrual pain.
Ceragem is also focusing on domestic production of all products and advancing quality management. Last year, it introduced a smart factory system and opened a Quality Innovation Center in Cheonan to establish global-standard quality processes and expand quality safety. Within this year, it plans to launch a clinical center at the City University of New York on the U.S. East Coast.
