Gwangju Gyeongchong Hosts Friday Forum 'Meeting the Revolutionary Jeong Dojeon'
The Gwangju Employers' Association will hold a Friday Breakfast Forum on the 30th at the Holiday Inn Gwangju Hotel under the theme "Meeting Jeong Do-jeon, a Revolutionary Figure in Our History."
Professor Lee Ik-ju from the Department of Korean History at the University of Seoul will be invited to give a lecture on ▲ The Crisis at the End of the Goryeo Dynasty ▲ Jeong Do-jeon Turning Crisis into Opportunity ▲ Revolution: Politics for the People ▲ Jeong Do-jeon's Leadership.
Professor Lee graduated from the Department of Korean History at Seoul National University and completed his doctorate there. While teaching students at the University of Seoul, he communicates with the public through broadcasting activities such as TVN's My Library Reading Books and KBS's History Journal That Day.
