Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry Launches Future Management Academy Alumni Association

The Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gyeongnam has vigorously launched the General Alumni Association of the 'Future Management Academy,' an educational program for next-generation managers operated annually.
On the 28th, the General Alumni Association inauguration ceremony was held at Hotel International Changwon with about 80 graduates and attendees, and Jeongseok Oh, CEO of Hyundai Precision, was appointed as the inaugural president.

View original imageThe Future Management Academy was newly established in 2020 to mark the 120th anniversary of the founding of the Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, aiming to discover future industries in the region and promote the local economy. Targeting second- and third-generation business owners, prospective CEOs, and corporate executives, the Future Management Academy runs a 20-week course annually, featuring special lectures, industrial site visits, and social contribution activities, providing various programs to strengthen leadership capabilities. The 4th course is currently underway this year. Over the past four years, it has grown into the region's top management community, producing 154 graduates and attendees.
Jacheon Koo, Chairman of the Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said in his congratulatory speech, "Based on the experience of predecessors, we must lead sustainable growth through change and creation," adding, "While achieving economic profits is important for companies, they must also value social responsibility and take the lead in practicing sharing to foster a culture of respected businesspeople in the region."
Jeongseok Oh, President of the Future Management Academy Alumni Association, stated in his inaugural speech, "We will ensure that the alumni association becomes a network that always serves as a model in all activities by adopting the attitude of managers who contemplate new winds and the future of the region."
