SK Stoa and Jonggeundang Health Sign Business Agreement for Overseas Health Food Brand Expansion
Agreed to Collaborate for Joint Promotion and Sales Activation
SK Stoa announced on the 29th that it has signed a business agreement with Chong Kun Dang Health to jointly operate overseas health supplement brands.
The business agreement was held at the Chong Kun Dang Health building in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, with SK Stoa CEO Yoon Seok-am and Chong Kun Dang Health CEO Kim Ho-gon in attendance. Both companies agreed to establish a strategic partnership to secure competitiveness in the health functional food market, and decided to collaborate on importing overseas health supplement brands, as well as jointly promoting and activating sales for a successful launch.

View original imageThrough this agreement, both companies plan to strengthen their position in the health functional food market by combining their respective strengths in product sourcing, distribution, and marketing know-how. In the second half of this year, they will secure exclusive distribution rights for overseas health supplement brands and conduct exclusive sales operations together.
