Recruitment of Resident Companies for Ulsan Technopark's 'Makerspace Establishment and Operation Project'
Ulsan City, in collaboration with Ulsan Technopark, is recruiting resident companies for the ‘Maker Space Establishment and Operation Project’ until the 30th of this month.
Eligible applicants include ‘seed companies (startups), small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), or prospective entrepreneurs’ aiming to conduct business in the Ulsan area.
Prospective entrepreneurs must be able to register a business in Ulsan within three months, and ‘startups and SMEs’ are companies established within the last seven years. Three companies will be selected.
Support includes startup infrastructure such as office space, meeting rooms, product photography rooms, and rest areas. Additionally, customized startup process consulting and advice and information on government support projects will be provided.

The ‘Maker Space Establishment and Operation Project’ was selected in the 2022 Small and Medium Business Administration public contest and is currently underway. The project promotes manufacturing startups and supports technology commercialization by fostering specialized makers through design innovation in regional key industries, ICT convergence, and prototype production and mass production using 3D printing.
