One in Three GA Locations Used... Hanwha Life Financial Services Orange Tree Expands Its Reach
Expanded to 9 Major GA Partnerships
Hanwha Life Financial Services has signed a contract to use the sales support platform 'Orange Tree' with three major insurance agencies (GAs). This move appears to be expanding Orange Tree's market dominance, as it is used by a significant number of large GAs.
On the 21st, Hanwha Life Financial Services announced that it had signed a business agreement the previous day for the joint use of Orange Tree with major GAs including M Financial Services, Korea Insurance Finance, and UFirst Insurance Marketing.
As a result, including GAs that had previously signed MOUs, about 60,000 GA planners from nine companies ranked in the top 20 of the GA industry will use Orange Tree. Considering that, as of the end of last year, large GAs (with over 500 planners) had about 180,000 planners, this means that one out of every three planners uses Orange Tree.
Orange Tree is characterized by its design that allows access to partner insurance companies' sales systems with a single login, as well as the ability to link and reflect customer information entered into the system with partner insurance companies.
Through Orange Tree, planners can perform integrated life and non-life insurance coverage analysis and product recommendations. GA corporations can also digitize life and non-life insurance contract data that was previously processed manually, enabling efficient management of contract administration, collections, and retention rates.
Additionally, Hanwha Life Financial Services will carry out a project to improve the system starting in the second half of this year by gathering requirements from GAs using Orange Tree.
