North Korea Fires Ballistic Missile into East Sea After 63 Days... Condemns Firepower Annihilation Drill
The Joint Chiefs of Staff announced on the 15th that North Korea fired a ballistic missile into the East Sea.
The military is analyzing detailed specifications such as the missile type and flight distance.
North Korea carried out another provocation 63 days after test-firing the new solid-fuel intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) Hwasong-18 on April 13. Just before the ballistic missile launch, North Korean state media released a "warning statement" in the name of the Ministry of Defense spokesperson, protesting the South Korea-U.S. combined joint firepower annihilation exercise.
