CJ Freshway Operates 2nd Session of 'Food Ingredient Distribution Expert Course'
Joint Design and Operation of Curriculum by Yonsei University Sangnam Graduate School of Business
CJ Freshway announced on the 15th that it will operate the 2nd term of the "Master of Food Distribution Course (MFD Course)" in collaboration with Yonsei University Sangnam Graduate School of Business. The MFD course, the first of its kind in the industry, is an industry-academia cooperation education program equivalent to a graduate school curriculum, designed to cultivate experts in the food distribution industry who combine academic knowledge and practical skills.

View original imageFollowing the first course in 2021, this second MFD course is divided into three programs: ▲Job Competency ▲Management Competency ▲Insight, consisting of a total of 13 subjects. CJ Freshway jointly designed the curriculum with Yonsei University faculty, focusing on strengthening job competencies and strategies related to the food distribution industry value chain, as well as management competencies such as finance, accounting, and human resources. Additionally, subjects for gaining industry insights, including market analysis on topics like ‘Big Data Utilization Omni-channel Retail Strategy,’ digital transformation, and international business, were also introduced.
The MFD course will be held every Wednesday for 12 weeks from June to September this month. At the graduation ceremony in September, a final project will be conducted, where participants will engage in in-depth discussions on food distribution business agendas based on the three months of learning.
