GC Care Expands Health Checkup Comparison and Booking from Corporates to General Public
GC Care announced on the 14th that it will start a health checkup comparison and reservation service for the general public through its healthy lifestyle management application (app) ‘Eotteoke Care.’ Through this, the company plans to expand the health checkup comparison and reservation service, which was previously available only to employees of companies partnered with Eotteoke Care, to general consumers.
By using the Eotteoke Care checkup reservation, users can compare checkup items and costs at about 100 affiliated checkup centers and make reservations through the mobile app. The number of affiliated checkup centers, including advanced and general hospitals nationwide, will continue to expand. After the third quarter, the service will provide information necessary for using checkups, such as checkup packages and prices at about 25,000 checkup centers nationwide, allowing customers to find the right checkup center for themselves without having to visit each center’s website directly.
Eotteoke Care explains that it helps achieve an effect close to a comprehensive health checkup by adding some items and costs to the National Health Insurance Service health checkup. Since there is no need to visit the checkup center’s website directly and the health checkup can be reserved at up to 49% discounted costs compared to individually booked checkups, it is especially useful for users such as sole proprietors, self-employed individuals, freelancers, and homemakers.
The company stated, “It is possible to collect 10 years’ worth of health checkup records at once, analyze them by category, and provide effective follow-up care through customized health management programs such as exercise and dietary habits tailored to the checkup results.”
