ConnectWave and MakeShop Expand 'Online-Offline Integration Features'
Integration with Over 100 Additional Sites, the Most Channels in Korea
ConnectWave announced on the 12th that MakeShop will expand and open the functions of Selfia, an integrated inventory management solution linking online and offline.
Selfia has further expanded its integration to over 100 external channels, securing the largest number of sales outlets in Korea. It supports multi-courier integration that connects with multiple delivery companies, smart picking that reduces picking routes to shorten working hours, and features that determine available inventory to display same-day delivery availability on the company's own mall site.
With this function expansion, shopping mall operators will be able to manage everything in one place with Selfia, reducing service operation costs and working hours, which is expected to greatly help sales growth.
