'ChatGPT' Altman: "AI Risks Require US-China Cooperative Response"
Sam Altman, the founder and CEO of OpenAI, which developed ChatGPT, said that the United States and China need to cooperate on artificial intelligence (AI) regulation.
On the 10th (local time), Altman delivered a virtual speech at an AI conference hosted by the Beijing Artificial Intelligence Academy in China, stating, "With the emergence of increasingly powerful AI systems, the importance of global cooperation has never been greater," according to foreign media such as The Wall Street Journal.
