Ma Dong-seok's 'Crime City 3' Earns 32.8 Billion KRW in Global Revenue Within Ten Days
Ranked 4th in Global Box Office
Actor Ma Dong-seok's action film "The Outlaws 3" has ranked 4th in global box office earnings.
On the 9th, distributor ABO Entertainment announced that "The Outlaws 3" (directed by Lee Sang-yong) earned $25.38 million (32.88486 billion KRW) according to box office tracking site Comscore, securing the 4th place in box office rankings. Last year's release, "The Outlaws 2," recorded $10.72 million (13.89204 billion KRW), ranking 5th.
The distributor explained that this reflects not only domestic success but also the box office performance in countries where the film was released simultaneously with Korea, including Mongolia, Hong Kong & Macau, North America, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
"The Outlaws 3" premiered on the 7th in Indonesia and the Philippines, on the 8th in Australia and New Zealand, and on the 9th in the United Kingdom. It will be released on the 15th in Thailand, on the 22nd in Singapore, Malaysia·Brunei·Cambodia·Laos, on the 23rd in Myanmar, and on the 29th in Middle Eastern countries.
