Miryang-si Posts Closure Notice at Real Estate Brokerage Offices
Eradication of Illegal Brokerage by Unregistered and Unqualified Individuals
On the 8th, Miryang City in Gyeongnam attached closure notices to real estate agencies that did not remove their signs after closing, in order to eradicate illegal brokerage practices.
If signs are not removed from closed real estate agencies, they can be exploited for illegal brokerage activities by unregistered or unqualified individuals, causing harm. Therefore, signs must be removed upon closure.
