View original imagePark is the child of Park Noho, who died in the Korean War and is buried in the national managed cemetery in Hacheong-myeon, Geoje City. Through the national veterans registration discovery project for those buried in national managed cemeteries promoted by our agency, Park was registered as a bereaved family member of a fallen soldier in February this year.
Park said, “I am glad that my father has been registered as a national merit recipient, even if belatedly. I deeply thank the Director of the Gyeongnam Eastern Regional Office of Veterans Affairs and the staff who helped with this.”
