CTK Collaborates with SK Chemical to Launch Eco-Friendly Containers
Global beauty platform company CTK recently unveiled four types of cosmetic containers made from SK Chemicals' sustainable materials at the CHINA BEAUTY EXPO held in China.
CTK is a cosmetics specialist company with decades of expertise in cosmetic container development and proprietary molding technology suitable for copolyesters.
CTK introduced cosmetic containers that can replace ABS and SAN materials, which global cosmetic brands are refraining from using due to plastic regulations in the EU, the United States, and other regions. They were developed using SK Chemicals' sustainable materials 'CLARO 200' and 'CLARO200-CR50'. These containers can be recycled as PET after use. CLARO200-CR50 contains 50% chemically recycled raw materials.
All products launched by CTK are designed as refillable containers. It is expected to raise consumer awareness about proper waste separation and recycling.
