Korea Exchange Appoints Kim Sung-jin as Standing Auditor
On the 31st, the Korea Exchange held the 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders at its Seoul office and announced the appointment of Kim Seong-jin, former Public Innovation Deliberation Officer at the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, as a standing auditor.
Kim's term as standing auditor will be from June 1 to May 31, 2026.

Born in 1970, Kim graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Public Law and earned a master's degree in International Finance from the University of Essex in the UK. He has since served as the head of the Northern Economic Cooperation Committee (dispatched) support team, research director at the Board of Audit and Inspection, and Public Innovation Deliberation Officer at the Public Policy Bureau of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance.
