ChwijunPT is a program where job seekers perform real work projects actually requested by RocketPunch’s corporate clients under the coaching of job-specific current employee employment trainers for five weeks. It is designed as a recruitment-linked program that can lead to hiring by companies based on the job seekers’ project performance. Employment trainers are current employees from leading domestic startups and IT companies.
